ある男が言ったんだ。
城が好きだ。
幻想的な世界に入り込んだような気がするから。と。
城には作られた技術や、人の想いが込められていると思う。
だからそういう絵を描くと自分の世界に入りこんだようでこれがまた楽しいんだ。
って、よくこんな建物を思い付いたものだ。
感涙する。目のあたりにしたら壮大な世界であって、人がよくつくったものだと。
本当は人の何倍もの巨人が作ったって言われても驚かない。
むしろそうであってほしい。それこそ空想だからさ。
巨人はいるんだ。そうかもしれない。この世界ってとても広いから。
そう考えるほうがいい。まだ見ぬ世界が待っていると思う。
っていうおもいをこめて、俺はこれを描く。
これはどこかにある城ではないのかね？
絵にした時点で、俺の世界のものさ。
それがあろうが無かろうが、どうでもいい。
俺が書いた。俺だけの世界。それをだれかに見せることによって、だれかが、感動するかもしれない。
そんなもんで、絵を描いている。
別にどう思われてもいいさ。
俺は俺を信じているから。
君の話は長いね。どうしてそう自分を語れるんだ。
自己主張が激しいものですみませんね。
だけどさ
絵にしている時点で、自己主張の塊のもんだろ？
ハハハそうだ、それでいい描き続けろ。描けなくなるその日まで。
偉そうに言うな、そのつもりだ。
じゃぁな、話しをきいてくれてありがとう。
君は本当におしゃべりだ。
次は言葉ではなく、絵で表現してくれないかな？

A man once said.
I love castles.
Because I feel like I've entered a fantasy world.
I think castles are filled with the skill that went into building them and the thoughts of the people who built them.
So when I draw them, I feel like I've entered my own world, and that's what's so fun about it.
I can't believe he came up with such a building.
It brings me to tears. When I see it with my own eyes, it's a magnificent world, and I'm amazed that humans were able to create it.
I wouldn't be surprised if they told me that it was actually built by giants many times the size of humans.
In fact, I hope that's the case. That's what fantasy is all about.
Giants do exist. Maybe they are. This world is very vast.
It's better to think that way. I believe there are worlds I've yet to see waiting for me.
It's with these thoughts in mind that I draw this.
Isn't this a castle that exists somewhere?
Once I draw it, it belongs to my world.
Whether it exists or not is irrelevant.
I drew it. It's my own world. Maybe by showing it to someone, they'll be moved.
That's why I paint.
I don't care what they think.
Because I believe in myself.
Your story is long. How can you talk about yourself like that?

The moment you turn it into a painting, it's a manifestation of your own assertion, right?
Hahaha, that's right, that's fine, just keep drawing. Until the day you can't draw anymore.
